GroupLoot iPad 2 Competition Terms

  1. The Promoter of this competition is GroupLoot UK.
  2. Entry is open to all residents from the United Kingdom who are over the age of 18 years as at 10 May 2011.
  3. To be eligible to win the iPad 2, you must sign up to receive the GroupLoot Daily Mail via the specific landing page between 1 May 2011 and 30 February 2012 and agree to all these Terms and Conditions.
  4. There is a limit of one entry per person for this competition.
  5. Any entries are incomplete or incomprehensible will be deemed invalid.
  6. To win the iPad 2, entrants must be eligible to receive the GroupLoot daily deal on 1 February 2011 and must have bought at least one (1) GroupLoot deal.
  7. Family members and employees of GroupLoot or its related entities are ineligible to enter.
  8. The winner of the iPad 2 will be announced on Thursday 3rd March  2012 and will be contacted by email.
  9. Prizes will be dispatched to winners as soon as possible, but no earlier than 10th March  2012.
  10. Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
  11. There is one (1) iPad 2 which can be awarded with this competition.
  12. GroupLoot has absolute discretion and reserves all rights to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, or who submits an entry that it deems is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry.
  13. The winner of the GroupLoot iPad 2 competition consents that GroupLoot may use their name and image for the purpose of publicity and promotion and acknowledges that GroupLoot will own the copyright of any such images.
  14. In the event that GroupLoot is unable to supply the specified prize for any reason, GroupLoot reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of a similar monetary value.
  15. The promoter does not accept responsibility for late entries or any other entries which are not properly received.
  16. GroupLoot will not be liable for any damage or loss suffered as a result of entry into this competition or as a result of using the prize.
  17. Any tax implications resulting from winning the prize will remain the responsibility of the prize-winner and not GroupLoot.
  18. GroupLoot will bear no liability or responsibility for any issues or faults of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, (including but not limited to) any injury or damage to participants or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or down-loading any materials in this competition.
  19. GroupLoot reserves the right to change this competition if we need to. Although it is unlikely it will change we may have difficulties which may lead to changes so please check back.
